If you are an animal lover, Please Fill out the form COMPLETELY so we can help find the best dog for you.  We must have your application on file BEFORE we can talk to you about a dog.  More info about the type of pet you are looking for is better than too little; this helps us to match you up with the right dog. 

We suggest that you submit your application as soon as you are seriously looking for a dog.  If you wait until you see a dog's picture, we probably already have other potential adopters lined up as soon as the dog arrives here.

(80 Miles North of Sacramento on Hwy 99)
AND WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. 
You must be able to come to Chico to pick up a dog. 
Please do NOT submit an application if you can not come to Chico.
APPLICATIONS THAT ARE NOT FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WILL BE DISCARDED.
